Registration to Magnet2024 will open on 27 August 2023. Deadline for early registration is 12 January 2024. Please fill in the Registration Form and send it as PDF file named RegistrationForm_yourSurname to AIMagn secretariat (segreteria@aimagn.org).

Fees

Early Registration (up to 12 January 2024)

• Regular (Includes AIMagn membership 2024): 240 euro
• Student* (Includes AIMagn membership 2024): 170 euro
• Social Dinner (Participant): 50 euro
• Social Dinner (Accompanying person): 65 euro

Late Registration (after 12 January 2024)

• Regular (Includes AIMagn membership 2024): 290 euro
• Student* (Includes AIMagn membership 2024): 220 euro
• Social Dinner (Participant): 50 euro
• Social Dinner (Accompanying person): 65 euro

* Students and early-stage researchers not having yet discussed their own PhD thesis are entitled to this category. Please note that a certificate proving the student status must be sent along with the registration form.

Social Dinner will be at the typical Milanese restaurant El Brellin.

Payment

Registration payment can only be made by bank transfer to Associazione Italiana di Magnetismo, including on-site registration. Registration will be acknowledged after confirmation of the payment. After registration, participants will receive by e-mail a list of hotels in the city of Milan where special discounts are in place. In the same e-mail all the instructions on how to take advantage of the preferential rates will be explained.
