*Students and early-stage researchers who have not yet defended their PhD are eligible for the student rate. A certificate of student status must be sent with the registration form.

Once registered, you will receive an email with a list of recommended hotels offering special rates for conference participants, along with instructions on how to book under these rates.

• Poster sessions and technical exhibition

• Coffee breaks
• AIMagn membership for 2026

Note: The Social Dinner is not included in the registration fee and must be booked and paid separately.
